AccuStat Medical Billing - Complete Medical Billing For Texas Based Physicians - Fee Schedule

The following is our general fee schedule for full practice management (insurance claim processing, patient account tracking, monthly patient billing and full, monthly practice reporting):

Set-up Charges: One-time $500 set up fee. Includes electronic set-up of accounts and initial forms generation to get your practice started. Also includes ongoing credentialing and contract management.

Online Access (optional): There is a $75 monthly charge for each log-in access code. The access can be gained from any number of internet-capable computers.

Electronic Medical Records: This is a customized service and will be quoted. The cost for a single provider starts at around $9000 and includes staff training. AccuStat recommends the Medi-Notes system. This cost does not include hardware.
